If you crave greater peace in your mind, relationships, or life in general, I would be honored to help. In our work together, you will be able to process your emotions and trauma on a deeper level while learning practical tools you can actually use in daily life. You will be met with warmth and without judgment so you can feel supported as we explore what is really going on beneath the surface. I also integrate faith into our work, inviting Jesus into the process through prayer and reflection. Even in seasons of hardship, there is hope, and lasting change is possible.

Online Counseling – Tue, Thu & Fri
If you are dealing with abandonment, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, you are not alone. I offer a down-to-earth, supportive space where you can begin to understand yourself more clearly and take meaningful steps forward. Together, we will explore what is working and what is not, while practicing tools in session that you can incorporate into your life at home. Whatever you are going through, I will gladly help you along the way as we look together to the Lord for guidance and direction.
My Goal as a Christian Counselor
My goal is for you to feel fully supported by me throughout the counseling process. My desire is for you to learn to trust yourself and God more as a direct result of our work together. You can expect to have a more regulated nervous system, a stronger sense of identity in Christ, and a deeper conviction that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
What I Offer in Christian Counseling
I offer a welcoming environment where you can process anything and everything you are going through. I will create a space for you to be true to yourself and feel things that others in your life may not allow you to feel. My hope is that you will discover who you are on a much deeper level through our therapeutic work, which will naturally result in you being able to stay true to yourself and honoring to God in your relationships.
My Approach to Christian Counseling
I always start my sessions with prayer – both for you and also to invite God into the session. I would love to learn about your relationship with the Lord and how you may want to work on it in session, whether that’s discussing where you would like to incorporate God into different areas of your life, how to learn to trust God more deeply, if you are just starting out on your Christian journey, or don’t yet have a relationship with the Lord. While there are many clinical tools that can help various mental health symptoms, Jesus is the ultimate healer. When we invite Him into our sessions, He will strengthen us both in a much deeper way to make progress in session together.
Qualifications & Experience
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies, both from Santa Clara University. I practice Internal Family Systems therapy as well as Mindfulness.
My Call to Christian Counseling
My own life experiences led me to pursue my Master’s degree in counseling so I could professionally help others in need.
More About Me / On a Personal Note
I absolutely love swimming. I love the mindful aspect of moving through the water, the bilateral movement it requires, and also the deep breathing. I am currently training for multiple open water swims ranging from 1-2 miles each. I have done long-distance swimming in the ocean at South Padre Island, Lake Longhorn, and also in the Brazos River, winning third place in my division at one of the races.
I am also very passionate about writing. I have written a memoir and am currently in the process of pitching my second book, a Christian guide on recovery from narcissistic abuse, to literary agents and publishers.

Abandonment and Neglect
Feeling abandoned or neglected by your family, partner, or friend is an incredibly painful experience. Abandonment and neglect are traumatizing. Your inner child needs love, healing, and attention. As we work through these feelings together, my goal is for you to feel supported by me and Jesus every step of the way.
Bipolar Disorder
The manic highs, debilitating lows, and rapid cycling can leave you feeling hopeless if you are struggling with bipolar disorder. The good news is, no matter how bad things feel, there is always hope and a way through to the other side. It takes a brave soldier to survive a bipolar diagnosis, but all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13).
Codependency
Do you excessively rely on and prioritize the needs, emotions, and well-being of others over your own? Or do you depend on others too much for your own emotional needs? If yes, you may be struggling with codependency. There is no shame in being codependent, but there are ways for you to learn to set boundaries to create healthier relationships with those in your life.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
If you are struggling with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, you are not alone. There are ways to heal and recover. Whether you are feeling intense feelings of guilt, stress, anxiety, or fear, with God’s help, we can work through this. As you slowly begin to feel more regulated through therapy, rumination will decrease and flashbacks will subside.
Individual Counseling
Are you in need of some one-on-one time to process your life, seek some guidance, and work on yourself? Individual counseling is the best way to pause, reflect, and take time for yourself. Whether you are dealing with anxious thoughts, insecurities, or want to work on your relationship with God, individual counseling can be very beneficial.
