I offer professional Christian counseling for teens, couples, adult individuals, and families looking for support for a variety of issues and concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and more. Through Christian counseling you can learn how to better rely on the Holy Spirit, spiritual truths, and evidence-based therapeutic methods to find meaning and purpose, especially when you find yourself feeling powerless and without answers. When the chaos of life is threatening instability, declining emotional states, depression, or anxiety, it is possible to find insight, balance, and healing with God’s help. Let’s work together with His guidance along the straight and narrow path to find healing and hope.

Online Counseling – Mon, Wed & Sat
As my client, you will gain a renewed perspective on the life that Jesus intended us to live. You were created with a purpose beyond what you can think or imagine. Together we’ll invite Jesus to help navigate through the trouble and hardships you face in life. Depending on your needs, we will work to reframe unhelpful, negative thoughts with positive, biblical ones so you can experience God’s peace that passes understanding. By building on biblical principles and values combined with proven therapeutic techniques, you can experience relief from your symptoms and a lasting hope in Christ.
My Goal as a Christian Counselor
My goal is to partner with you and assist you in accessing the life that God has for each of us, which is a life full of abundance (John 10:10). My hope is that through our time together, you will receive the guidance, wisdom, and healing that you desire to reach the full potential of abundance that awaits you.
What I Offer in Christian Counseling
I offer a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable offloading whatever burdens are on your mind and heart. I will provide a space where you can be open and honest, knowing that the information you share will remain confidential. My therapy office is a confidential space, free of judgment. No matter what you disclose during our sessions, you will not experience shame or condemnation, but rather hope and encouragement. I look forward to seeing how the God of all comfort uses our time together for your good.
My Approach to Christian Counseling
I believe that the benefits of a Christian approach to counseling are immense. When you take a Christian approach, the experience is not just based on the client-therapist relationship. It is also a relationship where God is invited to lead, as He is the ultimate healer and redeemer. My faith informs my practice by integrating the presence of the Holy Spirit, referencing and living by the Word of God, as well as continual prayer throughout sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Angelo State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington. I have experience working in various capacities with adolescents, individuals in crisis, patients in intensive care, veterans, and men and women with mental health needs.
My Call to Christian Counseling
I went through various traumatic experiences throughout my childhood, well into my young adult years. It wasn’t until I put my faith in Jesus and built a relationship with Him that I was able to experience healing and restoration that the world could not provide. My biggest passion is to help others navigate through life experiences by building upon the foundation of the Word of God. The guide to life can be found within biblical principles and values. Jesus intended for us to live a life full of abundance, and I truly believe that we all have the ability to access that life by putting Him first.
More About Me/On a Personal Note
I enjoy an active lifestyle. I like to go on runs multiple days a week, alongside weightlifting. I enjoy trying new dining experiences, whether it’s a food truck or a fancy restaurant. I love being outside and enjoying nature because it is a pure reflection of God’s creation.

Depression
Depression may be a clinical diagnosis, but it does not define who you are. Although it may feel as though depression is taking over your life, you are an overcomer. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give life, and give it abundantly (John 10:10). You can experience the true joy that comes from the Lord every single day, despite the weight of the world around us. As we partner together, we will discuss how to reframe negative thought patterns into positive, biblical ones. These skills will help you implement them into your daily life, which will make a long-lasting impact on your ability to handle current and future challenges.
“In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” – Romans 8:37
Anxiety
Worried? Afraid of the future and the unknown? Expectations at hand? Anxiety can come in many forms. Your feelings are valid, as well as your worries. But as Scripture states, “Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?” (Luke 12:25)
If you are at a point where you are feeling consumed by the fears that keep you awake at night or the thoughts of uncertainty that distract you during the day, let’s partner in combatting these thoughts. You are meant to enjoy life, not dwell on constant fears. You have the authority to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5), which will then allow you to experience a peace that transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7). The phrase “do not fear” appears 365 times in the Bible. That’s a Scripture for every day of the year. I would be honored to help you navigate through this with God’s guidance and direction.
Trauma
Trauma can be incurred as a result of a single event or series of events, actions from other individuals, or from witnessing situations that are abusive, violent, or catastrophic. The emotional response to trauma can make a lasting impact on the way that we handle relationships, situations, or even the way we process our thoughts. During sessions together, we will identify the root of the trauma and work toward the goal of healing. Healing is a journey, and I am dedicated to meeting you where you are in the process, in order to achieve the breakthrough you have been longing for.
Women’s Issues
Being a woman in today’s world is a blessing, but it may also be a hardship for many of us. We are often called to juggle various roles and responsibilities while also upholding the standards that society has set for us. I am here to tell you that you are a daughter of the Most High, and He loves you. Let’s unpack the truth of what God says about you as a woman and who you are called to be in His eyes. We can work together to navigate through life challenges that are specific to you, including puberty, dating/relationships, marriage, career, conceiving, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, menopause, and anything else in between. Nothing is off limits for you to share, and you can rest assured that it is a welcoming, confidential space where you can offload your experiences and challenges.
Spiritual Development
Do you find yourself being curious about faith, yet don’t know where to start? Or have you been raised with a faith-based background, yet feel as though you’re stagnant? Our faith is a journey that we all encounter uniquely. We can find our faith very early on in life or much later in our adult years. Regardless of where you may find yourself, know that faith is a process, not a destination. During our sessions together, we will work on building upon the foundation of the Word of God that embodies the biblical principles of life. We will invite the presence of the Holy Spirit and pray through sessions. Come as you are, and see what God has in store for you.
“If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off?” – Matthew 18:12
